Pierce Brosnan watches on as his bikini-clad wife Keely Shayne Smith takes a dip with a pal after couple head back to Hawaii to enjoy last days of summer 

They call Hawaii their second home with the couple owning a home in picturesque Kauai.

So what better place for Pierce Brosnan and his wife Keely Shayne Smith to spend the last few days of summer.

After leaving the island briefly just over a week ago to tend to business matters in Los Angeles, the 60-year-old actor was right back in his board shorts over the Labor Day weekend.

The former James Bond star, who has had a difficult few months as he comes to terms with the loss of his daughter Charlotte, appeared to be relaxed as he strolled up and down the sands with his pet dog.

Pierce stayed on dry land as he watched his beloved wife Keely take a dip with a friend in the ocean.

The handsome star wore two different pairs of printed board shorts throughout the day, teaming them with a white linen shirt, unbuttoned to show off a hint of his chest. 

Sun smart in a straw hat, he also accessorised with flip flops and a pair of his favourite Persol sunglasses.

Pierce has been finding solace in the arms of his wife Keely after the much loved Irish actor lost his daughter to ovarian cancer back in June.

He has unsurprisingly been spending lots of time with his nearest and dearest.

The Brosnan family were devastated when Charlotte died on June 28 following a three-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was just 42.

Pierce owns a home on the Hawaiian island along with his wife and loves to escape the pressures of Los Angeles by visiting there with his friends and relations.
