RJ Mitte shrugs off his sweet and innocent alter-ego as he poses shirtless in shoot with topless models
Breaking Bad star RJ Mitte is breaking new ground... and firmly shrugging off his sweet and innocent alter-ego in the process
The 20-year-old actor is seen here stripped to the waist for a new photoshoot, surrounded by a group of topless models.
Mitte proudly posted the images on Twitter declaring it as 'art not porn' - yet still notes the juxtaposition from his loveable on-screen character Walter White Jr.
'Here is Walt Jr after Breaking Bad,' he tweeted alongside the snaps, before later clarifying: 'It's art for a magazine not porn.'
Provocative: Breaking Bad star RJ Mitte has posed shirtless with a group of topless models in a risqué new photoshoot for Dark Beauty Magazine
Mitte, who like his Breaking Bad character has
cerebral palsy in real-life, was photographed by Topher Adam for Dark Beauty Magazine.
Breaking Bad - the cult AMC show about chemistry-teacher-turned-meth-manufacturer Walter White (played by Bryan Cranston) - will air for the final time this summer with the return of the second part of Season 5.
And with the show now behind him, it seems Mitte is on a mission to toughen up his image.
Hands on approach: The 20-year-old actor is surrounded by half naked women in the racy shoot
Breaking new ground: The actor, who suffers from cerebral palsy in real-life as his character Walter White Jr does, tweeted the behind-the-scenes snaps to his fans
The snaps even attracted the attention of his co-star and on-screen father Cranston, who took to Twitter declaring: 'I taught him this move. I called it the Walter White-Hot Hands.
'Looks like Junior is putting his lessons to good use.'
Of course Cranston, 57, is referring to the shot where Mitte has his hands clasped over one of the model's breasts.
While he is largely shirtless throughout the shoot, the actor wears the edgy street brand Victorious 22, comprised of chunky belts, chains hanging from his waist and a crucifix around his neck.
Brooding: Seen here strike a dark and moody pose as he gets to grips with a brunette
Mean machine: Mitte proudly showed off his toned physique with yet another moody pose
His hair is slicked back in a James Dean-style quiff and Mitte masters the dark and moody pose as he stands nonchalantly with half-naked female models hanging off him.
Mitte spoke to the Huffington Post earlier this month about what audiences can expect from the final episodes of Breaking Bad - although didn't give much away, naturally.
'It is going to be good. The way we end is going to be how show should end. It really is going to be an amazing ending and an amazing finale.'
But he admitted 'I am so excited to see how Bryan's character ends. They blacked out the whole ending, I really have no idea.'
