Rita Ora puts her pert derriere on display in a very brief black bikini... as she canoodles with new beau Luke Magill 

She was only recently pictured leaving Dave Gardner's house. But time waits for no man - or Rita Ora.

The 22-year-old appears to have found a new friend in Essex boy Luke Magill, who she was seen holidaying with in Las Vegas just over a week ago. 

She also showcased something else - her rather shapely bottom as she soaked up the sun in Sin City.

The pop star and her professional football player beau frolicked in the Las Vegas sunshine, without a care in the world.

In a tiny black bikini and aviator shades, Rita soaked up the rays with Luke. 

However, these pictures, taken nine days ago, provide a rather puzzling conundrum.

On Saturday, Rita was pictured on a night out with football agent and David Beckham's best friend Dave Gardner. 

The pair enjoyed a day of shopping in Harrod's before extending their evening to partying at the Groucho Club, a private member's club in London.

They stayed a few hours before leaving in a taxi together. 

And back in February, Rita was pictured leaving Dave's house in Primrose Hill wearing the same clothes that she had been wearing the previous night, after they both attended Dazed and Confused's London Fashion Week party. 

The duo had then met again at a Muse gig in London's Shepherd's Bush. 

Onlookers had seen them kissing and cuddling, with Dave at one point grabbing her bum.

Boy from home: Luke originally hails from Dagenham, in the county of Essex

Dave, who divorced his wife and former socialite Davinia Taylor in 2010, has primary custody of their son Grey.

There's also a football connection with his love rival. Essex boy Luke, 25, moved to America in 2007 after securing a football scholarship with the University of South Florida.

He now plays for the Dayton Dutch Lions in the USL Professional Division.

But like Rita, he also has many strings to his bow. Magill is also the man behind the Trillest hat label.

As Rita and Luke relaxed by the pool, she wore a cap from his collection to keep her head protected from the rays.

But for a global star, she didn't just have any old hat - hers was a personalised cap, with 'R.Ora' printed on the side.

She also wore a T-shirt from his collection with 'well connected, well respected, well protected' printed on the back.

Rita in the past has denied seeing anyone, explaining that her friendship with Cara Delevingne was more than enough.

She said: 'I have no time for the opposite sex at the moment. Strictly none. I've only got a wifey!'

Luke originally hails from Dagenham and also used to play for Bolton Wanderers before leaving for the States.

The pair canoodled for five hours and nattered with their arms wrapped around each other.

However, this isn't Rita's first relationship with an accessories designer as she dated Rob Kardashian, who is also a sock designer. 

The pair broke up amid Rob's claims that Rita had cheated on him with other men.

Rita will also be performing at the Chime For Change concert at Twickenham on 1 June.

The concert aims to promote girls' and women's issues to help spread positive messages regarding education, health and justice for girls and women on a global scale. 

The line-up is more than impressive. Joining her on the running order will be Beyonce, Ellie Goulding, Florence + the Machine, John Legend and Timbaland.
