Lindsay Lohan tries to hide as she leaves New York club

Lindsay Lohan tries to hide as she leaves  New York club after partying into the early hours following Letterman interview

She's got just a few weeks until she enters court-ordered rehab for a three-month stay.
And just hours after calling the stint a 'blessing' during an interview with David Letterman, Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving a New York nightclub after an evening of partying.
Lindsay was seen attempting to hide her face as she was driven away from the city's 1 Oak nightclub in the back of a vehicle in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The 26-year-old actress appeared to still be wearing the black top and leather skirt she had sported as she left the television studios following her interview with Letterman.
Lindsay used her handbag as a shield from photographers, and held it up to her face in a bid to prevent her photo being taken.
Earlier in the evening, Lindsay spoke about her upcoming stay in rehab, which is due to start on May 2nd, with Letterman.

The troubled actress became tearful during her appearance on the sow after being complimented by the acerbic talk-show host for taking his jokes about her troubles on the chin.
After several awkward minutes of the actress laughing along with his gags about her shoplifting charges and multiple court appearances, Letterman said: 'We'd never thought we see you again honestly because of the jokes and stuff.
'But yet you have enough spine, enough sense of yourself, enough poise to come out here and talk to me.'
Quick turnaround: Lindsay appeared to be wearing the same black vest top and leather skirt to the club as she was seen sporting while leaving the studios following her Letterman interview

The star couldn't contain her emotion, with tears welling in her eyes, prompting Letterman to hand her a tissue.
'Oh thanks, that makes it obvious and all,' Lindsay said, holding the Kleenex up to the audience.
'She's tearing up a little bit. God bless you,' said a sympathetic Letterman.
