Brandi Glanville has really not been having the best week.

Just two nights after a reported confrontation with her ex Eddie Cibrian and his wife LeAnn Rimes, the 40-year-old reality star had to be carried out of a Hollywood restaurant following a drunken night out.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star exposed her black underwear when her nude dress rose up as her male companion attempted to prevent her from falling over as she headed to the taxi while leaving Dan Tana's eatery.

Mother-of-two Brandi looked bleary-eyed as she clung onto the unidentified man, who did his utmost to help the star maintain her modesty.

At one point, the man kept a tight grip of the top half of Brandi's dress, which threatened to fall down as she stumbled around.

Brandi was also seen using obscene gestures as she noticed the photographers outside the restaurant, while her dinner companion attempted to calm her down.

Earlier in the evening, Brandi had written on Twitter that she wasn't sure how she was going to get through yet another night out.

She wrote: 'Dinner with gaygent and friend from Texas Kevin but momma is tired!!! I need to bottle my childrens energy.'

On Tuesday morning a no doubt sore-headed Brandi admitted she was drunk.

She spoke out about her big night out, saying she had a few too many beverages after being shouted several drinks by fellow diners during her night out.

'I got drunk with my gays its not murder,,everyone kept sending us drinks.I was being polite,' she wrote on her Twitter page.

According to TMZ, Brandi had begun her night out at popular gay hotspot The Abbey in West Hollywood before going across the road to Dan Tana's.

The night out ended at the London Hotel off Sunset Boulevard.

Brandi has certainly had an eventful few days, as the drunken night out comes just two days after her reported confrontation against Eddie and LeAnn - with whom she is constantly having public spats.

According to reports, Brandi had taken her sons Mason and Jake out for dinner at the popular restaurant Nobu in Malibu, when she spotted the couple.

RadarOnline.com later reported that fellow diners said 'you could have cut the tension with a knife', as the ex-couple's children flitted between the two tables.

One of Radar's sources apparently claimed that Brandi yelled at Eddie, 'Is that a hi or a bye,' as Eddie and LeAnn came past her table to on their way out of the restaurant.

Another onlooker reportedly told the site 'It was so obnoxious that other people at the restaurant turned their heads to see what all the commotion was about,' referencing Brandi's behaviour, adding that '[Brandi] appeared to cause quite the scene.'

But the reality star took to Twitter to insist that there was no such drama, retorting: 'I was having dinner with 7 friends wen EC came in with a group we said hello I didn't crash any1s date&was nothing but polite.' (sic)
