Her mother, Tish, filed for divorce from her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, on Thursday after 19 years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences.'
Liam and Miley first met on the set of their film The Last Song in 2009 and had been together four years, with the Australian hunk popping the question last June.
But their romance hit the rocks earlier this year amid reports Miley had become jealous of Liam's close relationship with actress January Jones.

Liam had reportedly been urged by his brother, Chris, to dump Miley because they thought the relationship was unhealthy for him because she was so jealous.

She was quick to shoot down rumours of flirtation with the 19-year-old Baby singer, saying: 'I’m engaged! I’m engaged. That is impossible.'
