But Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin threw caution to the wind as they enjoyed a romantic dinner date at London's La Petite Maison on Monday night.
The couple, who have daughter Apple, eight, and son Moses, seven, together, seemed to be in great spirits as they emerged from the upmarket eatery together after enjoying a few gastronomic delights.

Teetering on black heeled pumps, the Iron Man star accessorised with numerous silver necklaces, while wearing her long blonde locks in a centre parting and tumbling in loose waves down her back.
The Oscar-winning actress accentuated her natural beauty by opting for minimal make-up as she joined her Coldplay frontman husband for a rare night out.

Chris, 36, looked typically casual, teaming a black shirt with matching jeans and brown lace-up boots for his evening of romance.

The couple tied the knot back in 2003, but Gwyneth recently revealed they only got together because of false rumours circulating that they were already dating.

She told The Sun: 'It's funny because people had started writing that we were going out and we had never even met.
'And then he was in Los Angeles doing a concert and an actress that he had a crush on was supposed to come to the concert. When she didn't show up, he was so annoyed that he said, "Oh, this is for my girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow".'
Gwyneth explained her friends began asking her what was going on and she told them she didn't even know the singer, but because of the rumours the pair did eventually get together when she attended a Coldplay concert in London.

She added: 'Because they had written so much in the press, his assistant came to my seat at the concert. They said, "This is so crazy, but will you come back and say hello afterwards?" And that was it.'
While Gwyneth previously enjoyed high-profile romances with the likes of Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck, Chris had never been in a serious relationship before meeting the actress.
He previously admitted: 'It's a big leap? What, from being a loser, to going out with an Oscar winner? It's a giant leap. Let's face it; it's like winning the lottery.'
