With a name like Big Ang, it's no surprise that she's got the body to go with it.

The 52-year-old reality star, whose full name is Angela Raiola, nearly exposed her noticeable curves in a purple bikini as she posed for the cameras on the shores of Miami on Thursday.

The halter-style bikini stretched tight as it covered her enormous breasts as she walked along the sand with her husband Neil Murphy and her family.

She also made sure to show off a red lips tattoo on her nearly bare backside as she got a lift from her more-than-able-bodied husband.

And what is a day on the beach with out a few cocktails, pursing up her plumped lips as she sipped a frosty beverage.

But she later opted for a more modest look, donning a matching sheer midriff purple maxi dress for a game of volleyball -- though the ball was barely distinguishable from her similarly sized mammaries.

Big Ang has been enjoying her time on the sun-filled Florida shores as she's recently bought a condo in Miami.

'Having a blast in sunny FLA shopping for my new condo so beautiful,' she tweeted on Tuesday, having flown down from her snow covered hometown of Staten Island the day before.

Big Ang gained her fame on the VH1 series Mob Wives, which followed her and her friends as she lives in New York as the wife of one of the state's biggest convicted cocaine dealers.

She also owns the bar Drunken Monkey, and her husband's uncle was a captain of the Genovese crime family.

Her programme, Big Ang, which is a spin-off of the popular show, is currently in its second season on VH1.

In the past she has spoken about how shocked she is by how life has changed since becoming well-known. 

She said: 'I'm very overwhelmed at how big I became. It's been crazy out of control.' 

In case you're wondering how she earned her infamous nickname, yes, there is a reason.

She explained: 'My girlfriend, she was very tiny and I was tall, so I became 'Big Ang' and she's 'Little Ang.'
