Kim Kardashian returns to work after health scare as she pouts with her sisters in new family snaps
Kim Kardashian seems to have recovered from her health scare.
The expectant mother wanted to prove that she's doing much better now that she's had a brief rest at home.
The 32-year-old proved her point by posting snapshots on Instagram, showing her in a series of glamorous poses with her hair pulled back in a bun and wearing a clingy back dress.

In one picture, a fully made-up Kim gives her best pout while holding up the 'peace' sign.
The pictures were taken on Friday at a casual meet-up and photo shoot with her family at a Los Angeles hotel .
It was the first time Kim had stepped out since being stricken with severe stomach pains earlier this week.

The reality star was rushed to hospital after she was taken ill on a flight back to Los Angeles from Paris on Tuesday and was subsequently ordered to bed rest.
Kim wrote on Twitter: 'Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm doing fine! Just resting...have a good weekend. Love you guys!'
She hasn't appeared to have changed her hectic schedule since falling pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West's baby.

Kim did after all dash out to see her sisters Khloe, Kylie and Kendall for their impromptu hotel photo shoot, after only three days at home.
Nevertheless, she looked fabulous wearing an all-black ensemble.
Her obsession with staying slim and working out is thought to have triggered her health problems.
Alongside celebrity favourite trainer Tracy Anderson, Kim is believed to be working out seven days a week in a bid to keep the pregnancy weight gain under control.

Kim previously said that while she has been working out to maintain her daily exercise regime, she knows she is going to pile on the pounds during her pregnancy.

However, the star appeara to now see that she needs to rethink her priorities and get plenty of rest for the sake of her unborn child.
A source close to Kim recently said: 'She's very responsible about meeting all her appointments. But she knows this is something serious.'
Meanwhile, Kim's sister Khloe also reassured worried fans, saying: 'Mommy and baby are doing fine and just taking it easy.'
