Furious Brooke Mueller threatens to sue after 'former assistant tries to sell unflattering naked photos'

Threats: Brooke Mueller has apparently threatened to sue over naked pictures of herself 

Brooke Mueller is furious after learning a former assistant is reported to be threatening to 'sell naked photographs of her.'

The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen is promising to sue any outlet that publishes the pictures which are said to be 'unflattering.'

Sources close to Brooke, 35, told TMZ she 'has promised to file a lawsuit so fast their head will spin.'

Brooke believes that a 'disgruntled former assistant' is responsible for 'swiping' the nude pictures.

A spokesman for the star told MailOnline: 'Right now, we don't even know if any photos exist, let alone if they are of Brooke. 

'If a former assistant did illegally obtain personal photos, she would be violating her non-disclosure agreement and placing herself and any media outlet that runs them in serious legal jeopardy.'

His comments correlate with the TMZ report which says that Brooke plans to enforce a confidentiality agreement signed by her former assistant 'in order to bring the assistant to justice.'

Brooke is reported to have taken the nude photographs herself after getting out of the shower.

TMZ say the photographs are 'really graphic' and taken from an unflattering angle when the star was 'dripping wet.'

The website describes the pictures as like looking at a 'topographical map of the Rockies.'

Brooke is said to have sent the pictures to her then-boyfriend - a country singer and is reported by TMZ to know the pictures are real.  

Her lawyers are said to be on 'full alert' for anyone who publishes the shots. 

The occasional actress and socialite shot to fame after marrying actor Charlie Sheen back in 2008.

The former couple have two children - twins Bob and Max, nearly four.
